MIORLUNE — PRIVATE ART HOUSE offers made-to-order canvas wall art through miorlune.art. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to the following terms subject to any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Products and Orders

Artworks are printed in the size and frame option selected at checkout. Product pictures aim to represent the artwork faithfully; screen settings and ordinary production tolerances may lead to minor variations. Claims about damaged, defective or incorrect goods are not excluded.

Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout, with AED as the primary currency for the UAE market. Please enter accurate contact and delivery details. Orders are subject to payment and acceptance; if a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

Shipping

Standard delivery throughout the seven Emirates is complimentary. The estimated combined production and delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days from order acceptance; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Availability and charges for other destinations, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. See Shipping & Returns.

Returns and Cancellations

Orders may enter production soon after payment. Cancellations, changes and discretionary returns are generally limited once production begins, as permitted by law. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, see Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights.

Intellectual Property and Website Use

Artwork, branding, text and website media may be protected by copyright or other rights. Buying a physical print does not transfer any reproduction rights. Do not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Applicable Rights and Updates

We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory law conflicts with these terms, that law prevails. We may update these terms in the future without retroactively removing rights from existing orders.
